By accessing the Airquote service at airquote.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. API Usage

You may use the Airquote API in accordance with the rate limits and usage policies associated with your plan. You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the service, or use the API for any unlawful purpose. Automated scraping of the entire database is prohibited.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Airquote service, API, and documentation are the intellectual property of Airquote. Quotes returned by the API are sourced from public-domain works and properly attributed materials. You may use the quotes in your applications provided proper attribution is maintained.

6. Limitation of Liability

Airquote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on airquote.io. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
